Obtaining a Trade License

  1. Completing and accepting the relevant application from the institutions that should grant trade licenses.
  2. Collection of trade license fee and related taxes on acceptance of application.
  3. Once the report of the Public Health or Revenue Inspector Inspector is received, if the report has been given to the effect that the firm concerned is not eligible for grant of dealer’s license, a letter is sent to the business firm concerned informing of it.
  4. If recommended as appropriate, send a letter to the concerned place of business stating the deficiencies to complete the necessary qualifications for granting the trade license.

A accordingly,

  1. Business Registration Certificate
  2. Deed or lease deed of the land where the place of business is located
  3. Approved plot plan of the land
  4. Approved building plan
  5. If an organization is required to obtain an environmental protection permit, that permit
  6. If it is a gas station, its fire safety certificate
  7. Beard and Haircut Certificate
  8. Certificate of Ayurvedic Medical Council if an Ayurvedic Massage Centre
  9. If it is a lodge, the information about the garbage disposal system should be obtained.
  • Completing the relevant deficiencies and submitting the file for approval of recommendations for writing trade licenses. (Where reference is made to the paragraph of the by-laws affecting the place of business concerned.)
  • Once the trade license is received for registration, the trade license is prepared and submitted for signature.
